m - 90-minute Moksha class
hf - 60-minute flow class; joins the basic Moksha class with sun salutations
f - flow class; 75-minutes
k - karma class (Friday night 8:00pm by donation); 90-minute Moksha class

Please note:

  • All classes are 90 min Moksha (hot yoga) classes unless otherwise indicated and are open to all levels of experience.

  • Drop in! Reservations are not necessary.

  • Show up fifteen minutes early for the class you wish to take so that you can get acquainted with the studio and fill out some waiver forms.

  • Bring a bath towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (all available - to rent or to buy). Click here for more info.
